Since 1974, our company has provided superior personalised management to small, medium and large residential, commercial and industrial strata schemes in the Eastern Suburbs, CBD, City Fringe and Lower North Shore.

Our modern architect designed offices and meeting rooms are conveniently situated on the ground floor of a stylish refurbished 7 level strata titled office building located on the corner of Foveaux and Little Riley Streets in Surry Hills. Full disabled access has been incorporated into our office design.
Our History
Harvie Strata Management Pty Ltd (HSM) was established in 1974 to provide an exclusive professional strata management service for medium to large residential strata schemes located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
We are licenced by the NSW State Government under the provisions of the Property Stock and Business Agents Act 2002 and our Corporate Licence number is 119475.
Since 1974 HSM has expanded its operations in order to meet the needs of a growing market and now exclusively manages residential and commercial strata schemes in the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner City and Lower North Shore.
